Velli had escorted Aero to Tyrina's lands, and now he was wandering about again, searching for the perfect place for the tattooing ceremony. He did not have much time, so he walked briskly through the lands. He did not yet know he would find the perfect place in Tyrina's own terra, and he was searching these faraway grounds for the perfect spot. These lands, though, were far from deserted. He would eventually find these to be the claiming grounds of the Lourde's and Lady's, but for now he perused the selection of sanctuaries this land could offer.
He thought of the mare Aero, and hoped Tyrina wouldn't mind he had welcomed her into the harem. Aero seemed like a very nice addition to make, and at this pointed the herd definitely needed to grow. He liked Aero and was looking forward to making new acquaintances in his old life. It was amazing how life went on, even after he believed his was over. Maybe that was the ever-tiring price to pay for living so terribly long. Now that he was needed, though, he did not regret it. He could stand strong and be a support.
Suddenly, he felt the presence of another. he saw a silhouette, and it matched that of his Lady, Tyrina's. He wondered if that was her, even though the scent did not exactly match. Perhaps his senses were failing him. Or perhaps Tyrina had found a suitable place to be branded with her True Markings. Perhaps his senses were failing him entirely, and really there was no one there at all. A ghost from his past, coming to haunt him, and remind of times that were long gone but burned into his mind, more permanent than any True Markings, and just as powerful.
He decided to go toward the figure, and picked up a lope. He slowly made his way into the shadows, closer and closer to what might be Tyrina. As he got closer, he could feel certain emotions hanging in the air. Feelings, as always, but something more; something connected to the ancient web he himself was a string of. Tyrina was much involved in this, but the form he approached seemed not to be so much of it, but more thinking of it, considering it, and weighing the outcome of a destroyed way of life.
He slowed to a walk, debris scatter by his feet moving with almost no sound. He wondered what to do now, and knew he had to satisfy his curiosity and continue onward until he reached the figure. His banner arched, he arrived and his suspicions were confirmed. This horse was not Lady Tyrina, but did in fact look quite like her. The 'quine appeared different, though, in that she shone a brilliant snow-specter'd hue. He wondered if he might not have a few words with her, a quick exchange, before he continued his search for the perfect destination. He would do that, for he wanted to learn of her reason for being here, and the exchange would serve just the purpose. "Hello," he sang, leaving his words there, not knowing if the other had noticed him yet or not.

She was something beautiful, and a part of something she had yet to understand. She was more than just some horse, and at the same time that was all she was. The sea foam fae looked up at the buildings that kissed her with their shadows. Blocking out the light, blotting out the sun. Majestic is how she would describe them. Beyond anything she had ever seen. Moutains were mother natures way of show tall grace, and this was the Uprights way. The urge to stand on the top of one was strong. How she longed to look over this city from the tallest of those metal structures. Her coco eyes traveled over then lazily. They to were like gaurdians from the sky. She smiled at the large mass. It was so different to her, yet beautiful.
Like a dream Dakotta walked around the trashed city, her hooves going over the ground. The clatter of her feet against the floor war music to her ears.
