Unlike the rest of the city, this part of the town is actually somewhat like a meadow. It was an old park. There's old rusting fence surrounding the entire place. There are trees and bushes everywhere. The entire place is basically covered with flowers during the spring. In the distance, you can see building covered with rust and vines, falling to the ground. If you go far enough, you'll see a boardwalk that leads to Broadway. It destroyed and falling apart. It's the only way to enter and leave Dream St. In the middle of Dream Street, there is a actual street. It cuts through the middle of the old park, that road is Dream St.
