This Is the Header of the month,
this contest is when people get to make a header or as many
as they want as entries for TOV
The header is the picture you see on the top of the site
no matter where you go
Any one can do it artist or not!
I encourge every one to attempt this
The Guide lines are..
1.Must Have Tales Of vendetta on it some where
2.There must be either a horse or unicorn on it some where
3.NewYork must be incorperated into it some how
4.There must be credits to the pictures you used
5.must be 700x400 px
So get making those manips Every one has a chance to make it!
The final votes will be made by members.

First place: Their header featured on TOV for the month of May 300 bottle caps and the winners choice of prize from things they may buy no matter the price, and a thread with a certin character they like
Second place: Will get 100 bottle caps and a free manipulation of their character from their choice of artist.
Third Place: 50 bottle caps and an extra mutation OR color on their character or next character.
