The stallion wondered through the lands. He sighed. He really wanted this ridiculous fighting to stop. He breathed in deeply. He had chosen a side, the equine side, horse. He didn't care. He wanted this fighting the stop. He would accept anyone into his heart. Horse or unicorn. He was of both sides. He knew. He was a disease. A horrible mixed mishapen thing. No one understood how the world needed to change. He sighed. There was a massive outbreak of a disease. He wasn't sure what it was even called. It was horrible, though. It caused the equines to change colors and give them horrible physical problems. He hadn't showed signs, yet, and he prayed that he would never would.
Starlight walked onto an empty land. There was a long prairie grass everywhere you looked. It could hide the fact that it was covered with blood. The soil was soaked with it. You couldn't see it, you could hardly smell it. But he knew it was there. He looked around. The land was also very hilly. The hills were covered with flowers of different colors. He smiled. At least there was something happy here. Trees incircled the gentle meadow of hills, grass, and flowers. He felt like he could really call this place home. His ears twitched. He heard a canine howl in the distance. He snorted. He would protect the lands to his death, which would never come because he was a hybrid. The only thing he received from his father along with a pure white coat was immortality.
He blinked. Was this really a land of pure meadow and grass surrounding it? With canines running around freely? No. It wasn't. He was just lieing to himself. He was in a park like setting. There were building in the distance covered with vines. He sighed. This was the closest thing to home he could get. He dreamed he could change this part of the city to an actual meadow. A meadow covered with flowers and trees. Not a nightmare city covered with grass. He sighed. Only in his dreams maybe. He would still try, though. He looked toward the sky. Maybe this was his chance to become a leader of a place where horses and unicorns could live together in harmony. He laughed. He knew that wouldn't happen because they hated each other here.
He looked around. Here. This was going to be in permanet new home. He nodded his head firmly. What would he call it, though? He sighed, then he smiled.
